Navi Mumbai Police and Anti Human Trafficking cell arrested two people who run Sex racket inside the Spa on October 22. Police have also recovered cash and rescued one woman who was put into this business.

 

Acting on tip-off a Navi-Mumbai with the help of AHTC (Anti-Human trafficking cell) team busted a full-fledged prostitution racket at Elite Health Centre (spa salon) that was operating under the cover of Spa massage salon and rescued a woman who was forced into this prostitution. Police have arrested Sunil Yadav (38) Manager who is from Navi Mumbai and the owner Nitin Bhosale resident in Jogeshwari were allegedly involved into this business.

According to the sources, high income people visit at Elite Health Spa, CBD in Belapur to avail for the services. The owner and the manager used to run the business illegally by charging double amount from the person who comes for the Spa. A close sources of police informed about illegal activity and also told women working in the spa are forced into sex racket to expand the business and to earn more money.

Acting on a tip-off police laid a trap and send his own officer who posed as customer at Elite Health Centre on Saturday evening at around 7.00 pm. As the officer (customer) went at the spa and inquired about the sex the manager took him inside and told he would charge double for it. As soon as the money received by him a team of police raided the Centre and arrested the manager red-handed. Police have rescued a woman who is been forcefully put into the business. As per the complaint file by the woman, police arrested Elite Health Owner Nitin Bhosale.

Speaking to Mumbai Cutting, an officer from Navi Mumbai Police said, ‘after we received a tip-off from our confidential source we decided to lay a trap. We have arrested both the accused and booked under section 3, 4 and 5 of Inmoral Traffic prevention Act.’
