Taapsee Pannu is known for her intense fitness regime and her willingness to stay fit and active. Her workout regime includes everything from cardio, planks to playing squash and she keeps on practicing new fitness routines to achieve better results. Taapsee targets on toning her muscles rather than getting a zero size figure.

Taapsee is not a gym loving person but takes up other fitness activities like playing squash on a daily basis to keep her fit and in shape. Taapsee believes that playing a sport is a better route to a fit body and mind as opposed to going to a gym.

But while shooting for Judwaa 2 she had to tone down her muscles in a particular way and hence was recommended gymming. She awaited to go back to her normal fitness routine that she found exciting.
