When we think of Sushmita Sen, one can always picture that vibrant smile, strong voice, long legs and a sevlette figure. No wonder she was the first Indian woman to be crowned Miss Universe in 1994 and looks like growing old agrees with her as the clock is ticking in reverse for this beauty.

But to be able to stay fit with a painful back injury is no piece of cake. She suffered a slip disc when she was shooting for a movie in 2006. and she was left unable to perform even the easiest gym exercises. But her never-to give up spirit has stayed with her and she bounced back.

She says.“I could have complained about a bad back for the rest of my life or done something about it. There are things I can do that someone grappling with my sort of back injury would find tough to under nor mal circumstances”.
