Sanjay Dutt turns 58 today! He began his career way back in 1971 as a child artist in his father Sunil Dutt’s film ‘Reshma Aur Shera’, has over the years experimented with different genres and has been showered with love by the audience.

Over the span of so many years, that he dedicated to the silver screen, we have seen him outshine his limitless talent with movies like, Saajan, Munna Bhai films, Agneepath, Khalnayak, to name a few, amongst his numerous achievements.

Despite being arrested, his public image did not suffer and he remained the king of million hearts not only for his act on screen but for how he respected his contemporaries and fans from all walks of lives. His humility, which Sanjay says he learnt from his father Sunil Dutt and mother Nargis, has always impressed people who look up to him.

Now, the actor is all set to make a comeback on-screen with his forthcoming film ‘Bhoomi’, wherein we see him in the character of a father. The makers of the upcoming film ‘Bhoomi’ released the first look poster from the film, which has gone viral on Twitter.

Sanjay Dutt has a bruised face as he plays Arun in the film. He was last seen in a cameo role in Rajkumar Hirani’s PK in 2014.

The film is a revenge drama that explores the relationship between a father and daughter. The film features Aditi Rao Hydari as the titular character and will play Sanjay Dutt’s daughter.

Producer Sandeep Singh earlier quoted that, “Sanjay insisted that he did not want his comeback film to clash with anyone else. He believes that given the kind of hard work that goes into making a film, it can’t boil down to unhealthy competition at the box office.”

‘Bhoomi’, the film which marks the return of superstar Sanjay Dutt is also one of the most awaited films of this year which is gearing up for a release on 22nd September 2017. It is directed by Omung Kumar and the trailer is expected to be out in August.
